NEXION AIR – SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Nexion Air. We are dedicated to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer reliable, tracked shipping options to get your order to your door. Delivery estimates begin after the order has finished processing:

Standard Tracked Shipping: 7 to 12 business days.

Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping on all orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $4.95 applies.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our carriers and are not strictly guaranteed. Occasional transit delays due to high volume, customs checks, or regional logistics constraints may occur.
3. Shipment Tracking When your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Nexion Air is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, duties, or local import taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, missing, or outdated address information provided by the buyer.

Stolen or Missing Packages: Once a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the postal carrier, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. If you cannot locate your package despite a delivery confirmation, please contact your local postal office directly to file a claim.
